RadioShack Corporation Sets Date For Fourth-Quarter 2012 Earnings Announcement

FORT WORTH, Texas - Feb. 11, 2013 // PRNewswire // - RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) will host a live webcast of its fourth-quarter earnings conference call with investors starting at 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, to review financial results for the fourth quarter, which ended December 31, 2012.

RadioShack also will issue a news release summarizing its fourth-quarter results and intends to file its Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission before the start of market trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Feb. 26, 2013.
