The "We Buy Ugly Houses®" Company Honors Franchisees with Buying, Closing, Selling and Rookie of the Year Awards at 2012 Convention

DALLAS, Feb. 13, 2013 // PRNewswire // -- HomeVestors, also known as the We Buy Ugly Houses® company, the professional home buying network of independently owned and operated franchisees, honored the 2012 accomplishments of its team members with Sales Success Awards at its annual convention. HomeVestors franchises have bought over 50,000 houses since 1996 and have sold over $4.5 billion in homes.

For the 12-month rankings period, these prevailing franchises bought and sold their way to the top. HomeVestors® franchises bought 33 percent more houses in 2012 compared to 2011, and the sales volume of all houses sold by franchises increased 26 percent – to over $203 million. The top HomeVestors franchises were recognized for their prodigious achievements for 2012 at the convention held in the company's headquarter city of Dallas.
