RE/MAX Centerstone Broker Jenny Rice Recognized as 'Realtor of the Year' by Hendricks County Division of MIBOR

February 13, 2013 // Franchising.com // AVON, IND. - Jenny Rice, broker associate of RE/MAX Centerstone, has been presented the Realtor of the Year Award by the Hendricks County Division of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®. MIBOR, the professional association representing Central Indiana real estate professionals, recognized Rice with this prestigious award for demonstrating extraordinary service to her community and for her dedication to the real estate industry.

"This recognition is well deserved, and we are pleased to have Jenny represent RE/MAX Centerstone among the leading real estate professionals in Central Indiana," said Stacy Gillen, director of regional operations.

Rice brings more than 11 years of experience as a full-time real estate professional, specializing in the marketing and sale of residential and commercial properties in Hendricks County and surrounding areas. She began her career with RE/MAX in 2002 and became a licensed realtor in 2004.

Rice is a former RE/MAX Rookie of the Year, 100% Club and Chairman’s Club member for top earnings. In 2011, she received special recognition for dedicated service to MIBOR, and was recognized in 2010 as ‘Realtor of the Year’ for Hendricks County.

Active in her community, Rice is a member of the Hendricks County Community Foundation, Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, and Hendricks County Division of MIBOR. She earned her Bachelor of Science in marketing from Indiana University in 2000.

Rice attends Kingsway Christian Church and resides in Plainfield with her husband Rich, and their children Jacklynn, J.J. and Reagan.
