Koko FitClub Showcases the Future of Fitness at Champions Location

Koko FitClub, MyFitFoods and Sunny 99.1 will be at the Koko FitClub Champions location on Feb 23, 2013 to help Houstonians learn how to get healthy and fit.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) February 18, 2013 - On Feb.23, Koko FitClub, the state-of-the-art workout center in the Champions area will be hosting an open house to introduce Houstonians to a simple way to get fit and stay healthy. Sunny 99.1 will be broadcasting on site from 2-4pm and healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided by MyFitFoods.

The goal of the event is to educate the community on a way to incorporate exercise and nutrition into their already busy lives. Dubbed “the future of fitness” by The Los Angeles Times, Koko offers a fast, effective, technology-fueled way to exercise and eat right.

The Smartraining system includes strength and cardio regimens designed for each member’s unique goals and fitness level. The third element of the system is Koko Fuel, an integrated nutrition program that builds individually customized, nutritionist-recommended, online meal plans for members.
