WIN Home Inspection Appoints Franchise Sales Consultant
February 19, 2013 // Franchising.com // MADISON, AL – Nationally recognized franchisor, WIN Home Inspection, has appointed Joseph E. Copp as Franchise Sales Consultant, effective immediately.
His responsibilities include the development, counseling and mentoring of potential entrepreneurs, both civilians and military prospects. He will contribute a significant and diverse amount of experience to advance the WIN Home Inspection brand via the franchise award process and the “WIN for America” program for veterans.
Prior to joining WIN, Copp was sales manager for the commercial real estate company, Cendant Corporation and client service manager for national franchise service company Roto-Rooter. These positions were influential in developing a strong community and business network with the Huntsville – Madison County Chamber of Commerce, North Alabama Apartment Association, and several veteran organizations. He continues to work with the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce as a volunteer Emissary.
Copp also served a total of 22 years in the Navy in many capacities, including aircraft electrician, military police, physical fitness instructor, counselor, and most prominently as a career recruiter.
Copp retired from the Navy in 2004 and was awarded both a Navy Achievement Medal and a Navy Accommodation Medal for his contributions to the Naval Reserve Recruiting Command.

Copp has a B.A. in Organizational Management from Ashford University in Iowa. Copp and his wife of 27 years, Jeana live in Madison with their pit bull Kira.
