Clockwork Home Services® Family of Brands Report Exceptional Year for Growth and Now Serving Canada

SARASOTA, Fla. - Feb. 22, 2013 // PRNewswire // - The largest provider of home services in North America, Clockwork Home Services, kicks off the year with new franchise territories across its family of brands in the United States and now its first in Canada.

In the last quarter of 2012, Clockwork grew by 21 new franchise territories in the United States, with 51 to date, through its three brands, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, Mister Sparky Electrical Services® and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®.

"Although the market is challenging, each of our franchise brands expanded in 2012," said franchise president, Mark Baker .

Founded in 1998, Clockwork establishes nationally branded franchises and company owned retail locations in the home services contractor market. Currently, in the United States, Clockwork's footprint spans from the east to west coast and is made up of 633 franchise territories total (253 for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, 281 for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and 99 for Mister Sparky locations, see map attached).

New franchise locations and conversions in the fourth quarter include:

• One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning: Birmingham, Michigan
• Mister Sparky Electrical Services: In Texas - Carrollton, Lewisville, Frisco, McKinney, North Richland Hills, Dallas, Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. Also, Little Rock,
• Arkansas and in Florida, Fort Myers and Naples.
• Benjamin Franklin Plumbing: Bradenton, Florida and Prescott, Arizona

Clockwork executives are also proud to announce their expansion in the Canadian territory.

Jim Gregg is the founder and owner of Gregg's Plumbing, Heating and Electrical Services, and has managed the company for 27 years. "Forming part of a reputable brand will take our business to the next level," said Gregg. The grand opening of his store is this month in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

In terms of same store sales growth, Baker added that all brands performed well. Benjamin Franklin grew by 12 percent, Mister Sparky by 27 percent and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning by 5 percent.
