360clean recognizes achievements of their Regional Developers at an Awards Dinner held in Atlanta, GA.
Charleston, SC (PRWEB) February 28, 2013 - 360clean, the fast-growing commercial janitorial franchise best known for its specialization in cleaning medical offices, recognized its top performing Regional Developers at the company’s recent conference in Atlanta, Ga.
360clean Regional Developer, Mike Fiebig, of Charleston, SC was awarded the Regional Developer of the Year Award for the second year in a row. Fiebig owns the Regional Developer territory that is based in Charleston, but extends along the entire South Carolina coast.
The Regional Developer of the Year Award is given to the 360clean Regional Developer that stands out in overall performance, i.e., high sales as a result of marketing, quality, customer service, and commitment. The Regional Developer office must also be considered a team player among other 360clean Regional Developers, which includes being involved with mentoring new Regional Developers.
“I am honored yet again to be named the 360clean Regional Developer of the Year for a second consecutive year. Without the high level of commitment from the franchise owners and my maintenance staff, this award would not be possible. It’s their attention to quality service for our customers--day in and day out--that is the true shining star. My thanks go out to all of them for making this possible,” said Mike Fiebig.
360clean Regional Developer, Tom Morris, of Asheville, NC was awarded the Client Retention Award for the second consecutive year as well. Morris’s territory is based in Asheville, but also encompasses the Greenville and Spartanburg, SC markets. Morris and his franchise owners have done an excellent job of maintaining customer loyalty through consistent customer service and responsive quality control.
360clean Regional Developer, Rolan Covert, of Wisconsin was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. Covert started with the company as a Unit Franchisee, but quickly converted to Regional Developer as it became apparent that he had a knack for selling the services of 360clean. Covert’s growth in Wisconsin has been impressive over the last year and 360clean looks forward to what he will bring in 2013.
In addition to those individual awards, 360clean also announced a new distinction, The Founder’s Circle of Excellence. This club is exclusive to those Regional Developers who attain pre-determined sales goals throughout the year. There are different levels within the Founders Circle, and this year two 360clean Regional Developers qualified for inclusion into this prestigious program. Mike Fiebig of Charleston achieved President’s Level status, which rewarded him with a trip for both him and his spouse, in addition to a monetary award. Dennis Null of Mobile, Alabama reached the Platinum Level, which provided him with a monetary award. Both men were also awarded a cruise to the Western Caribbean due to their ability to reach 360clean’s sales goals for their territories in 2012.
