Fitness Revolution Honored as Top Fitness Franchise in Franchise Business Review’s Franchisee Satisfaction Awards

Fitness Revolution has just been named the top franchise in the Fitness Category at Franchise Business Review’s annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.

Elizabethtown, KY (PRWEB) February 28, 2013 - Franchise Business Review has revealed the winners of its 2013 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards. Fitness Revolution, headquartered in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, has been named the top fitness franchise in the country. It also claimed top honors among all franchise types with 100-249 locations.

The Franchisee Satisfaction Awards are part of a project measuring franchisee satisfaction at the United States’ most prominent franchises. The only award honoring companies for franchisee satisfaction, the “FBR50” has reached its 8th year of existence.

This is the second time in as many years that Fitness Revolution, a personal training franchise chain, has made the list. This year, Fitness Revolution not only took top marks in the category of “Fitness,” it actually won among all franchise types with 100-249 locations.

“This is such an unbelievable and almost surreal experience,” responded CEO Pat Rigsby. “As a relative newcomer to the market, it’s remarkable that we have made such a name for ourselves in just 2 short years.”

Founded in 2011, Fitness Revolution has grown by leaps and bounds in the past couple years. While the company continues to expand and set up additional personal training franchisees, it remains staunchly committed to providing each franchisee with a quality experience.

For this reason, Fitness Revolution has received top marks in Franchisee Satisfaction.

With over 26,000 franchisees from over 350 franchise brands responding to Franchise Business Review’s survey, the winners comprise industries ranging from Fitness to Food and Senior Care. Other winners this year include Sotheby’s International Realty, Firehouse Subs, and Culver’s.

The annual survey sent out by Franchise Business Review includes questions concerning franchisee experience and satisfaction. Additionally, franchisees are asked about things like market area, business lifestyle, and demographics.

“Given how far-reaching and systematic FBR50 has always conducted its research, we feel that this is one of the highest honors we could possibly receive,” Rigsby’s business partner and Fitness Revolution President Nick Berry says.

“Ultimately, the best measure of us as a franchise system is what the franchisees we serve think about us,” Berry continues. “That they think highly enough of us to vote us Number 1 as a Fitness Franchise is really overwhelming and humbling.”

With locations throughout the United States, Fitness Revolution International is currently in the process of expanding to provide personal training franchise opportunities throughout the world.

“Obviously, we could never have gotten to this point without the dedication of our hardworking fitness franchise owners,” concludes Rigsby. “So in addition to thanking the Franchise Business Review for conducting the survey and giving out the award, we owe our biggest debt of gratitude to our franchisees.”
