Liberty Tax Service to Report Fiscal 2013 Third Quarter Results on March 12

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - JTH Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ:TAX), parent company of Liberty Tax Service, announced today that it will report its earnings for fiscal 2013 third quarter ended January 31, 2013, including interim tax results through February 28, 2013, after the market closes on Tuesday, March 12, 2013. At 4:30 p.m. ET on the same day, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its earnings.
