Franchise Business Review puts BIGGBY in top for Food and beverage Category
EAST LANSING, MI. Feb 22, 2013 – When you open up this year’s edition of Franchise Business Review’s 2013 “Franchisee Satisfaction Awards” you will see Biggby Coffee top not one, but two charts! For 2013, FBR50 made BIGGBY a Top 20 Franchise in the category of Food and Beverage, which is a great honor. BIGGBY also was awarded as a Top 50 Franchise in Franchisee Satisfaction. Biggby Coffee is celebrating its’ 18th Birthday this year and what a first present to receive.
Franchise Business review is a national franchise marketing research firm that performs independent, unbiased surveys of franchise satisfaction. Each year FBR conducts independent surveys of franchisees across all franchise leading brands. The particular award that Biggby Coffee received indicates industry leading levels of franchisee satisfaction. Only 200 American franchises were recognized for outstanding franchisee satisfaction, and Biggby Coffee was one.
