Cardio Barre Workout Studio is Expanding Beyond California
After growing its franchise in Southern California, Cardio Barre is expanding into other parts of the U.S.

With its first location opened in 2001 in Studio City, Cardio Barre®, a high energy and no impact exercise class, quickly gained popularity as a franchise.
Now, says founder Richard Giorla, the brand is expanding into four new key markets:
- Irvine, California
- Quarry Bend, Utah
- Memphis, Tennessee
- San Francisco, California
Giorla would like to see more expansion into the rest of the country to help with the brand’s goal “to continually strengthen the presence and customer base of Cardio Barre®, as well as to motivate, inspire and transform lives on a greater scale."
The popularity of barre-style exercises has been on the rise over the past few years. Cardio Barre® takes a slightly different approach to helping clients stay fit and healthy. The exercise classes combine barre work with light weights for continual fat burning motion.
