Former U.S. Marine Brings the Blue Envelope® to Local Businesses and Residents

This is the first time that the Lubbock community and the surrounding areas, will benefit from Valpak's signature products and services since 1993. The first Blue Envelope will be mailed to residents beginning in spring 2013.
