Nectir Announces Staffing Franchise Partnership in Delaware

Nectir, a staffing franchise organization, announces its newest franchise partner, Raymond L. Paylor, Paylor as the President & CEO of Nectir Delaware.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 21, 2013 - Nectir Inc., an emerging national network of staffing firms, announces its newest partnership with the opening of a staffing office that will serve the state of Delaware. Nectir has partnered with local business professional and community leader Raymond L. Paylor. A veteran of the United States Airforce, Paylor has over twenty years of leadership and management experience in both the private and public sector. Nectir Delaware will provide contingent staffing, contract-to-hire services, direct-hire services and rapid deployment staffing for local and regional companies.

“We are thrilled to have Ray to represent the Nectir brand into Delaware. With his background and contacts, we are confident he will be successful,” says Doug Ortega, Executive Vice President of Nectir. “Delaware is a strong market for technology and look forward to seeing Ray grow his staffing business.”

The latest statistics from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statisticsshow that Delaware’s unemployment rate is at 6.9 percent, nearly a full percentage point lower than the national average at 7.8 percent. Since hitting its low during the economic recession in December 2009, the state has added nearly 12,000 jobs.

Employment growth is expected to continue throughout 2013 because of Delaware’s diverse range of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing and agriculture. An increase in jobs makes Nectir Delaware’s opening a convenience for employers.

“We are honored to have a service disabled veteran join the Nectir team. With Ray’s strong network of contacts in the Northeast I believe there will be a tremendous opportunity to expand our services in that part of the country,” adds Ortega.

Prior to joining Nectir, Paylor was the Human Relations Specialist for Delaware’s Department of State, a member of the Capital School District Board of Education and an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University. Paylor earned his Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership and Innovation, his Master’s Degree in Management Sciences and his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University. A committed community leader, Paylor founded the Delaware Youth Leadership Academy, served as the Vice President of the Dover Community Action Forum and served on the executive boards of Youth Sports groups.
