April 01, 2013 // Franchising.com // Eau Claire, Wisc. - The Flavornators at Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop are rolling out a new creation this month at a restaurant near you – the Luna. Composed of tangy-sweet chili coleslaw, oven-roasted turkey breast, Swiss cheese, avocado and tomato, the Luna is the newest in Erbert & Gerbert’s signature line of bold and unique flavor combinations.
