Roetzel Partner Denise M. Hasbrook Elected Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of Mercy Health Partners Northern Region

Hasbrook has been elected to serve as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of Mercy Health Partners Northern Region. Ms. Hasbrook has served as a board member for more than 5 years, often in leadership roles such as Chair of the Regional Ethics Committee and on the Executive Committee. Mercy’s Northern Region manages seven hospitals and provides healthcare services for a 20-county area in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

Ms. Hasbrook focuses her practice on business litigation and representing employers in all types of employment law issues. She has extensive experience defending employers in discrimination, whistle blower, non-compete and wrongful termination claims in federal and state courts. For more than two decades, she has devoted a significant portion of her practice to issues facing the public utility industry. She likewise counsels numerous national and small companies in risk management and other business issues.

Ms. Hasbrook earned her J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law and her B.S.B.A. from the University of Toledo.
