The new tools allow club members and prospects to find a club, book or change their personal training or diet coaching session, create or share free passes with friends or co-workers, and learn highlights and news about the brand and clubs.
Members can view class schedules, book classes, sessions, or generate free guest passes for friends. They can also call the club or their trainer directly with the touch of a button, reschedule a training or diet coaching session, or send a message to the club.
Expanded features will include online shopping for branded products and supplements, a complete phone-based store experience with next-day product deliver (scheduled to be released June 2013).
The platform was developed by IT partner Virtual Atlantic, Intrannuity, and powered by Club Ready software on the backend.
