FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - April 15, 2013 // PRNewswire // - Plans for national and worldwide expansion are exploding at The New Miami Subs Grill, Florida's largest regional franchise chain. In the midst ofannouncing the largest single deal of their history - 56 locations to open in the Gulf Coast countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain - along with new locations launching in Guyana and South America, The New Miami Subs Grill today announces that 58 restaurants will open in Hawaii. The deal was struck with Ocean Breeze Hawaii LLC, led by the first area developer to break the Subway franchise out of the continental United States and into Hawaii in 1987.

Domestic growth efforts for the iconic franchise brand include three new restaurants launching in Miami - Miami Springs, Miami and South Beach - for the first time in over 20 years. A modernized new look and feel for the iconic restaurant chain will also debut in 2013-2014, by the artistic direction of legendary internationally known architect Kobi Karp , founder of Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design (KKAID).

Patrons can look forward to a fresh, new signature look for Miami Subs that will celebrate "the excitement and edginess of Miami's signature lifestyle" along with the brand's new high profile equity partner, International Music Sensation and entrepreneur Armando Christian Perez , aka Pitbull.
