Smashburger Announces Canadian Expansion Plans With New Director of Franchise Sales
CALGARY, ALBERTA - (Marketwired - April 18, 2013) - Smashburger, America's fastest growing "better burger" restaurant is ready to expand further into Canada with the help of its newest team member, Audra Wosik, Director of Franchise Sales in Canada.
Smashburger entered the Canadian market for the first time last year with the opening of two new restaurants in Calgary. The popular better burger chain has a competitive growth plan, opening restaurants in Edmonton, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec between now and the end of 2014.

Prior to joining Smashburger, Audra worked as Director of Franchise Operations for Regis Corporations where she oversaw day-to-day franchise operations for all of Canada. Most recently, Audra worked at CARA Operations as Manager of Franchising and Development.
Smashburger aims to continue its expansion into Canada with plans for 200 new stores across country in the next 10 years. International expansion is also part of Smashburger's plans for continued growth as the restaurant strives to become the number one global "better burger" brand.
