Located at 550 15th Street, the 12-story hotel boasts 120 Hampton rooms and 182 Homewood studio suites. The property is owned by 550 15th Owner, LLC and managed by Stonebridge Companies.

The Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center is the 40th Hampton and ninth Homewood Suites property in Colorado, and brings approximately 75 jobs to the Denver area.
