New Nectir Staffing Firm Opens in Denver, Local Professional to Serve as Leader

Nectir, a staffing franchise organization, announces its newest franchise partner in Denver, Colorado. 

Denver, CO (PRWEB) April 30, 2013 - Nectir Inc., an emerging national network of staffing firms, announces the official franchise opening of Nectir Denver. Stefanie Porter, an accomplished, local professional with more than 15 years of business experience, will serve as CEO and Founder of the location. Nectir Denver will provide contingent staffing, contract-to-hire services, direct-hire services and rapid deployment staffing for local and regional companies.

Before joining Nectir, Porter served in the insurance sector where she held a series of progressive leadership positions, most recently as an Operations Manager. At her previous employer, she oversaw approximately 40 staff members and the company achieved a 23% reduction in operational costs of producing business within a two-year period.

During her tenure, Porter also garnered staffing, recruiting and workforce management experience. She led the recruiting and placement efforts of both temporary staff and employees within her department. In addition to improving operational efficiencies, Porter also developed a new supervisory team and significantly reduced staffing turnover.
