Planet Beach Launches Mobile App

Technologies keep spa franchise engaged with its on-the-go audience.

The free app for smartphones and tablets can be found on the Apple Store or Google Marketplace.

With the app, customers can stay up-to-date with Planet Beach’s latest news, special promotions and menus of their favorite Relax, Glow and Renew automated spa services and products. New members receive exclusive offers and loyal customers can redeem in-app coupons for deals and rewards not available to the general public.

The Planet Beach app features a global spa finder to help users select the nearest Planet Beach by address and distance. Links for store phone numbers and directions allow users to contact spas directly or access maps for driving instructions to each location. The app also has a variety of videos, testimonials and coming soon is an appointment-booking agent.

Additionally, users can access the Planet Beach Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages through the app as well as enable push notifications. Franchise owners can then interact with their members and new customers in a social setting to promote in-spa specials and events offered exclusively through these networks.
