Window Genie Opens New Location in Mukilteo, WA

Window Genie, the leader in home services welcomes Pat Braich to their team. Braich will open Window Genie's newest franchise outside of Seattle on May 6.

Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) May 02, 2013 - It's that time of year again: spring cleaning. There is suddenly so much to do around the house. Spring cleaning can be a daunting task without a proper game plan. Many homeowners are able to tackle the tasks inside their home, but how many are able to get on a ladder and completely clean their own windows, siding and gutters? How many homeowners are comfortable doing that, and furthermore, have the tools and supplies to do so? Residents and small businesses in the Mukilteo, WA area don’t have to worry about those chores this spring. Window Genie announces the grand opening of their newest location, owned by Pat Braich, opening in Mukilteo on Monday, May 6th. Window Genie is the Cincinnati based franchise of home services known to “Clean Windows and a Whole Lot More!” A whole lot more includes window tinting, gutter clean-out and pressure washing.

Braich worked for H&R Block as a District Manager for 7 years prior to joining the Window Genie team. Last year as the company began to downsize, Braich accepted a buy-out option to leave his position. Amongst the terms of the agreement was that Braich was set up to speak with franchise coaches at The Entrepreneur's Source, or TES. Discussing his strengths, weaknesses and goals with TES helped Braich realize how badly he wanted to pursue owning his own business, something he'd thought about in the past. "I was matched with about 12 fantastic franchises that all interested me. It shows how well TES does at finding franchises I could be successful at, but the process of cutting down the list was incredibly hard," said Braich of his initial process.

During his discovery process, Braich was able to narrow down his choices to just a select few franchises, Window Genie being one of them. Working with Jim Davidson, Window Genie Regional Developer, Braich was able to speak with existing Window Genie franchisees for some insight. "Although I was very interested in this one particular home inspection franchise, Window Genie just felt right. The business model was solid, franchisees were happy and successful and it's a growing company. It just made the most sense to me."

Braich is excited to open for business on May 6. "I'm not going to go out there and try and capture the world," he said. "I want to get out there and figure out the market and build a great solid client base."
