Manassas, VA (PRWEB) May 09, 2013 - Incredible Franchise Corporation, parent company of FruitFlowers, has announced plans to expand into the Washington, DC Metro area starting this fall. As part of those plans, the first new FruitFlowers retail location in the Greater DC Metro Area will open its doors this fall in the Ballston Corridor, with more locations to follow over the next 24 months.
The company intends to expand northward from the DC Metro area towards their existing stores in the Northeast over the next few years in order to gradually increase their service areas in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The CFO of Incredible Franchise Corporation, Arun Sareen, commented on the company’s regional expansion strategy:
“Our FruitFlowers brand has the potential to be a great national brand, and we want to give it every opportunity to do that. Our FruitFlowers stores are the way that consumers get to know us, and the reason they become rabid fans of our wonderful fresh fruit and vegetable arrangements. It only makes sense that we would want to expand into the Washington, DC Metro area – it’s a great fit for us. This is the just the beginning of the beginning of our expansion plans for FruitFlowers. We’re happy to be in the DC area, and look forward to serving our delicious product to all of our new neighbors in the future.”
FruitFlowers® - Incredibly Edible Delites® offers a healthy exciting, delectably delicious alternative to sending flowers.
The concept began in 1984 in suburban Philadelphia when sisters-in-law Susan Ellman and Ellen Davis created their first bouquet of freshly-cut fruit resembling a floral arrangement, meant to be delivered as a gift.
FruitFlowers bouquets are great for any occasion, including birthdays, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, all major holidays, summer parties, office gifts, banquets, weddings, baby showers and many, many more. Additionally, FruitFlowers has extended the artistic concept to vegetables, offering delicious, healthy vegetables cut to look like a floral arrangement.
FruitFlowers bouquets are available for in-store pickups as well as deliveries to residences and businesses.
