New Zinga Frozen Yogurt Opens in Front Royal

Local Restaurant Veteran Opening Her Second “World’s Best Frozen Yogurt” Store

Front Royal, VA (PRWEB) May 16, 2013 - The newest Zinga Frozen Yogurt store has opened in Front Royal, Va., in the Royal Plaza Shopping Center.

The new store is owned and managed by Zinga franchisee Debra Wood who has more than 30 years experience in the restaurant industry and has been a business owner in the local community for more than 23 years. Wood also owns and operates a Zinga store in Gainesville, Va.

The newest Zinga store is located at 415A South St, Front Royal, VA, 22630. Store hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Phone: (540) 631-0848. Ricky McMaster will manage the Front Royal store.

“We will have a loyalty club with no card needed,” said Wood, adding, “Customers simply enter their phone number at checkout to earn points towards free frozen yogurt.”

According to Wood, the new store will support local schools, churches, sports groups, scouts, charities and clubs in numerous ways. Zinga reminded consumers during National Nutrition Month in March that Zinga’s basic offerings of frozen yogurt, fresh fruit and nuts can help promote weight loss, as suggested by a 2011 Harvard study.

Zinga Frozen Yogurt is self-serve and is sold by the ounce. The store will offer at least a dozen yogurt flavors a day (including fat free and low fat) and more than 50 toppings. There will be dairy free options including sorbets as well as no sugar-added flavors and Greek yogurt.

All of Zinga’s yogurt flavors meet the National Yogurt Association’s criteria for “live and active culture yogurt.”
