May 16, 2013 // Franchising.com // Property Management Inc., an international property management franchise company based in Lehi, Utah, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Dangerfield as Vice President of Development.
Dangerfield comes to Property Management Inc. (PMI) with years of experience in real estate franchise services as former Vice President of Franchise Relations for Help-U-Sell Real Estate. He was also the Director of Corporate Communications, an operations consultant and Regional Training Manager for the Mid-Atlantic States for Help-U-Sell. He trained new franchisees in marketing, business operations, and sales management.
He has been in the real estate business for the past 30 years as a licensed real estate agent in both residential and commercial real estate. He also owns and operates a property management company and was part owner of a residential care facility for the elderly.
In addition to his experience in real estate, Dangerfield is also a graphic designer, editor and public relations specialist. He has developed training materials for both the real estate and computer industries. He has installed and implemented software systems for real estate offices and newspapers throughout North America.
Dangerfield will be developing training materials for PMI and working directly with new and existing franchisees providing marketing and business operations support. He will also be helping with corporate marketing and development.
PMI is a property management franchise company and has franchises throughout North America, Panama and Russia. There are currently six PMI franchises operating along the Wasatch front.
