Fred Gordon of Computer Troubleshooters Detroit NW Wins

John Nettina, Install’s Chief Operating Office, selected Fred Gordon as a “Champion of Quality and Service” for his consistent dedication to the highest performance standards for in-home computer repairs.

Fred Gordon was chosen for the “Champion of Quality and Service” award from hundreds of technicians across the country. The award is based on a broad view of how well each technician is performing in terms of customer satisfaction ratings, technical standards, installation quality, and compliance with Installs’ policies and procedures. Through diligence, dedication and hard work, Fred Gordon has scored the highest ratings in all categories from his loyal customers in the Detroit area.

Fred Gordon has been working with Computer Troubleshooters for over ten years. Fred does double-duty as both the franchise owner and technician at the Computer Troubleshooters Detroit NW franchise location. He specializes in the installation and maintenance of networks, data migration and security for both small businesses and residential customers. Fred received degrees in physics, computer engineering and corporate finance. He has over thirty years of IT experience with employment at Burroughs Corporation, Coca Cola, Detroit Department of Transportation and Interface International.
