May 31, 2013 // Franchising.com // Philadelphia - MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, was recently included in the annual "Best for Vets" rankings of the Military Timesin the franchise category.
Franchisors across the country were invited to complete a rigorous survey about their organizations including their accommodations for service members and veterans. The rankings were created based on information about the company's culture, the performance of franchise units, the costs associated with franchising, and the financial and other support offered to current and former service members and their families.
"We are very proud to have earned this distinction," said Rob Romaine, president of MRINetwork and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. "We recognize that a natural compatibility exists between veterans and franchise systems. We have found that veterans have the discipline and determination to be successful in the MRINetwork system."
In addition to the ongoing support system offered byMRINetwork, veterans also value the freedom to locate and operate their business close to home. "Many vets are separated from their families while deployed," said Romaine. "For them, transitioning from the military to our organization means enjoying a civilian life style while meeting their financial goals."
Romaine noted that the present economic climate holds promise for the search and recruitment industry. "New franchisees can catch the wave on the way up," he said. "Companies always need good candidates, and good candidates are always looking for greater opportunities."
