Utah Cabinet Manufacturing Facility Assets Hit the Auction Block

Asset Control Services, United Country Real Estate to Conduct Live, Internet Event July 9

AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) June 12, 2013 - The assets of one of Utah’s largest cabinet manufacturers will go on the auction block July 9 in West Valley, Utah – a suburb of Salt Lake City. Asset Control Services, Inc., of Jacksonville, Fla., and United Country – Jones Swenson Auction Marketing of Austin, Texas, have been commissioned to market and liquidate all the state-of-the-art woodworking machinery, material handling equipment, finished product, paint lines, vehicles and trucks via a live and online auction.

In addition to the equipment, the auction will include tooling, raw material, pallet racking, forklifts, 2007 Freightliner delivery trucks, snow plow, vans, office assets and more. Equipment highlights include a Weima wood grinder, Raimann rip saw, 2006 Giben beam saw, Monco laminator, Weinig profimat 265 molder and dry powder paint line with conveyor.

“This 225,000-square-foot plant was built in 2007 and is one of the largest and nicest cabinet manufacturing facilities in the western United States,” said Mike Jones, auctioneer with United Country – Jones Swenson Auction Marketing. “By offering live, on-site bidding and live internet bidding, anyone who meets our registration requirements may participate in the auction from anywhere in the world.”

The one-day auction is scheduled for July 9 with the doors opening at 8 a.m. at 2455 South 3600 in West Valley, Utah. Preview is set for Monday, July 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
