Curry also isn’t afraid to get out in the community and get to know the people who live and work there. Once he’s connected on a personal level, the referrals to his business increase and more people can take advantage of the services he offers. Whether he provides long-term assistance or simply helps a client in one shot, Curry is happy to have people who need his skills. “There are a lot of good people out there who just need a little help,” he said. “It’s a real sense of satisfaction when you help a small business restore themselves to a bankable level.”
While any financial business owner faces some uncertainty, for Curry it’s no sweat. “Your money is at risk, but having experience in the stock market, I’m used to taking risks. It’s no different from anything I’d been doing for the past 30 years.”
