New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and Realogy Chairman Do the Honors at the Ribbon-Cutting of Realogy's World Headquarters

MADISON, NJ - (Marketwired - Jun 20, 2013) - Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, welcomed New Jersey Governor Chris Christie at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Company's new global headquarters at 175 Park Avenue in Madison, N.J. Christie joined Richard A. Smith, Realogy's chairman, chief executive officer and president in cutting the ribbon. Speakers also included Jon Hanson, founder and chief executive officer of the Hampshire Real Estate Companies, and Robert Conley, Mayor of the Borough of Madison.

Governor Christie said, "This ribbon-cutting signifies much more than just an investment in your business; it's an investment in New Jersey and its residents, and a testament to your faith in our state. More importantly, I'm proud that our administration was able to partner with you to secure that investment in our state and in our people."

"We give our sincere thanks to Governor Christie and his administration for the decisive steps they took to keep our company and its New Jersey-based employees in New Jersey," said Smith. "Today marks another milestone event for our company as we officially celebrate being in our new international headquarters here in Madison. It is a magnificent building that we are proud to call 'home' and we are equally proud to call the community of Madison our home."

Realogy's 950 employees were invited to the ceremony that took place at the front entrance plaza outside the building. They watched with cameras in hand and applauded as members of the news media took photos and videos of the guest speakers' addresses.

"We took the [existing] building down to the steel and we added on to the facility," said Hanson. "What you see today is 21st Century state-of-the-art and we congratulate the craftsmen who worked here, the architects for their design, and the Tishman Construction company."

"Realogy has made a great neighborhood even better," said Mayor Conley. "Thank you for choosing Madison and becoming part of the community."

Realogy's 175 Park Avenue headquarters location was creatively and efficiently transformed from an austere, outmoded call center into an inspiring, light-filled, office environment that marries workspace with nature and sets a new standard for the suburban office park. The building pulls nature directly into the office environment, creating a state-of-the-art workspace that is connected to its surroundings. The central courtyard divides the building into two parallel office bars, or wings, whose ends face the parking space. A central connector, the lobby space, is conceived of as an architectural promenade leading to the third floor by way of an ornamental stair sequence.
