Direct Capital Named No. 2 Family-Owned Business for Second Straight Year

Direct Capital has been named the No. 2 family-owned business in New Hampshire on Business NH Magazine's annual list.

Portsmouth, New Hampshire (PRWEB) June 24, 2013 - Direct Capital, a leading national provider of working capital loans, equipment leasing and franchise financing, has been named by Business NH Magazine as the No. 2 family-owned business in New Hampshire for the second consecutive year.

Direct Capital is celebrating its 20th year as a family-owned business. The company has provided more than $2 billion in financing to small businesses since its inception.

The Business NH Magazine ranking, which comprises 75 companies in its June 2013 edition, is based on total volume of revenue, and also factors in how many family members work for the company. Direct Capital is owned and managed by Christopher and James Broom, who serve as Chairman and CEO respectively, and features five family members among its 225-plus employees.
