The Service Leadership Award, formerly the Terry Huzar Award, is awarded annually to one select Coverall employee who demonstrates the Coverall System’s commitment to its Franchised Business Owners. The recognition was established in honor of both the late Jay Harper and the late Terry Huzar, two Coverall leaders who exemplified the company’s mission of dedicated support and service to its Franchisees.
