Realogy-Affiliated Agents and Teams Earn 332 Spots in 'Top Thousand' Rankings by REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal

MADISON, NJ - (Marketwired - Jun 28, 2013) - Sales professionals affiliated with franchisees and company-owned offices of Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY) earned 332 spots (33 percent) on the 2013 REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal Top Thousand report released today. The report ranks America's top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2012 annual sales volume and transaction sides. Designees are recognized as the top half of one percent of more than 963,000 licensed REALTORS® nationwide.

Realogy's franchise brands include Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, Sotheby's International Realty®, and its subsidiary, NRT LLC, operates Realogy's company-owned real estate brokerage offices, including The Corcoran Group®.

The Top Thousand rankings feature four separate categories, ranking the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume, Top 250 Agents by Transaction Sides, Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume, and Top 250 Teams by Transaction Sides.

Agents and teams affiliated with Realogy -- specifically NRT's company-owned offices and the independently owned and operated franchisees of the Realogy Franchise Group -- accounted for:

• 119 of the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume (48 percent)
• 105 of the Top 250 Agents by Transaction Sides (42 percent)
• 71 of the Top 250 Teams by Transaction Sides (28 percent)
• 37 of the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume (15 percent)

Sales associates affiliated with NRT represented 35 percent (88) of the spots within the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume. In total, NRT accounted for 16 percent (161) of the agents and teams included in the rankings.

Coldwell Banker placed more agents and teams than any other brand on the nationwide rankings, with 155 spots across the four categories, and held the most overall spots in individual agent sales volume (53) and team sales volume (36). Coldwell Banker also features the No. 1 performing team based on sales volume.

As shown below, 20 percent of the Top 10 spots across the four categories are held by agents and teams affiliated with a Realogy brand or company-owned brokerage:
