Pinot's Palette Reports Continued Growth

Award-Winning Paint-and-Sip Franchise Announces 10 Signings; 2 New States

HOUSTON - July 1, 2013 // PRNewswire //  - Pinot's Palette, a national paint-and-sip franchise known for providing guests with an entertaining evening of art and wine, is pleased to announce continued growth its second quarter. In addition to expanding its presence in states such as Florida, Texas, and California, the fast-growing company has added their first studios in Arkansas and Massachusetts.

Company President Charles Willis says he is thrilled with the company's continued growth.

"It's always exciting to see Pinot's Palette extend into new markets, and we're very happy to add Boston and Little Rock to our growing list of studio locations," Willis says. "We've experienced quite a bit of growth recently – since April, the company has had a total of ten new signings."

Additional second-quarter signings include new studios in Lexington, Kentucky; Cedar Park and Austin, Texas; Orange County and Valencia, California; and Denver, Colorado. One of the fastest-growing states this quarter was Florida, which saw three signings: one in Palm Harbor and two in Tampa.

Willis says the latest round of signings has helped the company reach an important new milestone: The Austin, Texas, and Tampa, Florida, markets are now "closed" to additional franchise partners.

"It's very good news when we can say that a specific city is 'closed' because we've found exceptional partners in the market and want to give them the opportunity to grow their businesses." he says. "Once we close a market to new franchise partners, we can focus on some growth opportunities like mobile studios or additional studio locations in that market. This is a huge benefit to our partners because it means that they have room for continued growth."

Pinot's Palette CEO Craig Ceccanti credits the award-winning company's growth to its extensive franchisee training and support systems. Ceccanti, a former software developer, custom-designed the company's proprietary Pinot Technology Suite (PTS) to make studio management easy. Through the PTS system, franchise owners can easily manage any aspect of the business, from point of sale transactions and scheduling to payroll and reservation management.

"The PTS system is one of the things that really sets us apart as a company," says Ceccanti. "Our franchisees love it, and we're always looking for ways to improve and add to it."

Steady growth isn't the only success Pinot's Palette has celebrated in 2013. The company also received two notable awards this year: In February, Pinot's Palette was awarded the Franchisee Satisfaction Award by Franchise Business Review. In March, Pinot's Palette became the only paint and sip franchise to be included on Entrepreneur Magazine's Top New Franchises; it was also the only paint and sip to earn an honorable mention in Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 List in January.
