Celebrate National Ice Cream Month with Doodle Bugs!

Doodle Bugs! Children’s Centers host an old-fashioned ice cream social.

BUFFALO, NY (PRWEB) July 02, 2013 - Doodle Bugs! Children’s Centers knows the way to a kid’s heart is through their sweet tooth, so it seems National Ice Cream Month is a terrific reason to get families together for a fun-filled event. On Tuesday, July 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., all Doodle Bugs! centers will be hosting an old fashioned ice cream social.

All are invited to sit at the counter of the Doodle Bugs! old fashioned ice cream parlor, have a delicious treat or a grilled hot dog on a warm summer evening, and enjoy fun games and activities. Doodle Bugs! faculty will be on hand to serve up a sundae or cone with all the favorite toppings.

Liberty Mutual representatives will be hosting bike rodeos, teaching bike safety and raffling off a bike at the Rochester, NY centers. There will also be a special guest appearance by the local police and fire departments.

“Summer is always filled with memories of warm play-filled days and cool ice cream treats. Our Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social event will help make Doodle Bugs! a part of those memories and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Anthony Insinna, president and CEO of Doodle Bugs! Children’s Centers, a leading provider of high-quality child care and a family owned and operated company.

All are welcome to come and mingle with friends and family, meet the staff and tour the center. Guests will also have an opportunity to learn more about the upcoming fall programs and learn about enrollment options. Children can participate in arts and crafts, including decorating an old fashioned soda hat, games, face painting and much more.

Doodle Bugs! Children’s Centers provides education-based care for children ages six weeks to 12 years, including Preschool/Pre-K and Summer Camp programs. The BRAVO! Curriculum®, which is professionally designed and exclusive to Doodle Bugs!, combines theme-related, developmentally appropriate classroom experiences, all-inclusive enrichment activities and a series of center events.
