Watermill Express Donates Water to the Week of the Young Child

July 02, 2013 // Franchising.com // Brighton, Colorado – Watermill Express, the nation’s largest drive-up vendor of pure drinking water, provided water to the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s annual Week of the Young Child event held at South Texas College in Rio Grande City, Texas.

Watermill Express donated 45 gallons of water and 40 pounds of Waterocks® Ice to approximately 1200 attendees of the annual celebration. Watermill Express also handed out reusable 1-liter sports bottles as trivia prizes to children who stopped by the Watermill Express tent.

The purpose of the Week of the Young Child is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs. The National Association for the Education of Young Children is the world’s largest early childhood education association, with nearly 100,000 members and a network of over 300 local, state and regional affiliates.
