Red Robin to Support the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Through the New Restaurant's Grand Opening

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - July 3, 2013 // PRNewswire // - Alert your taste buds! Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, Inc, a franchisee of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Red Robin), is two weeks away from bringing craveable gourmet burgers to Collegeville, Pa. Located at the Providence Town Center at the intersection of US-422 and PA-29, the newest Red Robin will open on Monday, July 15 at 11 a.m.

To help celebrate the grand opening of the new restaurant and demonstrate its ongoing commitment to the Collegeville community, Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group has partnered with The Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to raise funds for blood cancer research, education and patient services. Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group will donate the proceeds from all alcoholic and signature mocktail beverages sold during "Mock Services," from Wednesday, July 10 to Saturday, July 13, to The Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Red Robin – known as the Gourmet Burger Expert – offers more than two dozen innovative gourmet burgers served with Bottomless Steak Fries® (which means free refills!) and more than 100 different toppings for guests to customize their favorite burger. Some of the most popular burgers are the Royal Red Robin Burger® topped with a fresh fried egg and Red's Tavern Double with its signature styles, including the Fiery Ghost Tavern Style that uses the ghost pepper, one of the world's hottest chile peppers. While Red Robin has been grilling up gourmet burgers for more than 40 years, the menu also offers a variety of salads, entrees, soups and wraps made with the freshest ingredients.

"On behalf of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, I would like to thank Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group for choosing to support us during its opening week celebration," said Lauren Iannuci. "The money raised during the restaurant's grand opening week will provide us with much needed funds."

"We are thrilled to be expanding the Red Robin family of restaurants in Pennsylvania, while also supporting such a wonderful community cause," said Frank Godwin, general manager of the Collegeville Red Robin® restaurant. "We invite everyone to come to Red Robin and enjoy one of our more than two dozen high-quality gourmet burgers to support the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as we open our newest restaurant in Collegeville."
