Noble's development of the new Hyatt Atlanta Midtown included the replacement and reconfiguration of the entire building envelope and systems, reprogramming of all public areas and all-new luxurious interiors throughout the property. The culmination of our efforts is the delivery of a high-quality, business class hotel such as Hyatt Atlanta Midtown, which is ideally tailored for its surrounding market environment," said Rodney Williams, Noble's managing principal and chief investment officer. "We believe the business and arts leadership of Midtown Atlanta has made it one of the best live, work, learn, shop and play communities in the United States."
