National Franchise 101 Mobility Opens in West Palm to Cater to Elderly and Disabled

Melanie Sweet opens 101 Mobility in West Palm Beach. 101 Mobility West Palm plans to provide quality sales, maintenance and installations of stair lifts, wheelchair ramps, patient lifts, pool lifts, auto lifts, grab bars, automatic door openers and other mobility solutions to families and businesses across West Palm.

West Palm Beach, Florida (PRWEB) July 17, 2013 - West Palm Beach is located in Palm Beach County, a Florida county with the highest population of senior citizens. With an interest in the baby boomer market and a love for the West Palm lifestyle, Melanie Sweet found her ideal combination of business and pleasure on the laid back beaches of West Palm. “[West Palm] is a beautiful area and I knew this is where I wanted to be. The idea of owning a brand dominant franchise in such a critical market right here in West Palm made 101 Mobility the perfect venture for me to invest in.”

101 Mobility West Palm plans to serve caregivers, people with disabilities, and senior citizens from Boca Raton to North Lauderdale and all surrounding areas. As a baby boomer and someone who has experienced short-term disability, Sweet identifies closely with the customers she will serve. Melanie recalled how insensitive others were when she was left temporarily incapacitated after an injury. “Nothing is easy when you can’t walk. I remember strangers telling me what they thought I should do to get better. When West Palm residents call us, I want them to feel a sense of understanding, dignity and independence from our team.”

After years of managing numerous sales force divisions and operating three other business chains, Melanie Sweet is excited to open 101 Mobility West Palm with her son, Bill Bovett. While Melanie relies on her strengths in sales and marketing to pull in leads, Bovett will oversee operations and installations. Bovett shares an impressive resume including a recent Business Management degree from the University of South Carolina, experience installing elevators for a prominent non-profit organization, and work as a field service representative for a premier distribution brand. He learned along the way that building something to help others is nothing short of totally fulfilling. “Catering to the specific needs of our West Palm clientele is a big deal. We hope to get involved in the West Palm community, and are excited to work with local veterans and make this a strong-standing family business dedicated to client-focused mobility solutions.”
