Chicago-Area RE/MAX Brokers and Teams Ranked Among Nation’s Top 1,000 in Wall Street Journal and Real Trends Analysis

July 19, 2013 // Franchising.com // CHICAGO – Several RE/MAX brokers and teams serving the metropolitan Chicago real estate market are among the nation’s top 1,000 residential individuals and teams based on 2012 sales achievements, according to a national ranking by Real Trends, Inc., and the Wall Street Journal.

Individual brokers and sales teams were evaluated separately based on transaction sides closed and on closed sales volume. The result was four separate rankings of the top 250 in the nation based on applications received.

The Kombrink Team of RE/MAX Great American North in St. Charles, Ill., was among the top teams in both categories, ranking 62nd in transaction sides and 152nd in closed sales volume.

Also ranking among the top 250 teams in closed transaction sides was the Linda O’Donnell Team of RE/MAX Signature in Chicago, which placed 165th.

Two individual RE/MAX brokers were listed among the top 250 in the category of closed transaction sides. They were Robert Padron of RE/MAX Cityview, Chicago, who ranked 97th, and Ronald Gersch with RE/MAX Realty of Joliet, Joliet, Ill., who ranked 153rd.
