New Department Assists International Buyers Looking for Property in Sarasota and Manatee Counties in Florida

Sarasota, FL, July 31, 2013 - (PR.com) - RE/MAX Platinum Realty has announced the launch of its newly formed International Department. The department brings international real estate buyers to the Sarasota-Bradenton area by leveraging the global RE/MAX brand and the RE/MAX broker network in more than 85 countries.

“The RE/MAX name, along with the RE/MAX balloon logo, is one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the world,” said Broker-Owner Bryan Guentner. “In addition, RE/MAX provides great tools that are accessible to every franchise, but few franchises really maximize them. Our International Department will use those tools to their full potential.”

Guentner said the launch of the International Department was timed for the summer, which is the season for international tourists. “Many people who come here on vacation from other countries are looking for second homes in Florida,” he noted.

The department was formed with the support of a number of RE/MAX Platinum Realty agents, many of whom are natives of foreign countries, representing multiple languages including Danish, English, German, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.

The department works closely with the new Global New Homes Division, which markets builder and developer properties internationally through the RE/MAX broker network, international trade shows and active company sales efforts.
