Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Encourages Folks to Spot the Miracle Balloon During August "Month of Miracles"

Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 - Yellow and red balloons are appearing more and more in neighborhoods across the U.S. and Canada. That’s because the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Miracle Balloon – a symbol of hope, healing and support for local kids – can be spotted on thousands of RE/MAX for-sale signs. This August, RE/MAX Associates and offices are celebrating their year-round support for local pediatric care during the second annual RE/MAX Month of Miracles.

Since 1992, RE/MAX Associates have donated more than $123 million to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The funds have directly benefited 170 hospitals across North America, with local hospitals determining how funds are needed most. RE/MAX “Miracle Agents” make a donation to CMN Hospitals after each property sale. Additionally, many agents and offices raise funds by sponsoring community events. Miracle Home and Miracle Property riders on their RE/MAX for-sale signs also show their commitment to improving local pediatric care.

“Signs” of the local RE/MAX commitment to children’s health will be rewarded this year, as consumers who spot the yellow-and-red CMN Hospital balloon on a RE/MAX sign around town can snap and upload a photo, then use #MiracleHome, #MiracleProperty or #MonthofMiracles on Twitter or Instagram for a chance to win a $100 home-improvement gift card. “RE/MAX Associates and offices are not only dedicated to helping families find the perfect home for their needs. By participating in the Miracle Home program, they show their commitment to helping sick and injured kids right in their community,” said John Lauck, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals President and CEO. “We are exceedingly proud to have RE/MAX as our official real estate supporter as we celebrate this second annual Month of Miracles.”

“For more than 20 years, RE/MAX Associates have shown tremendous support for their local CMN Hospital and through this partnership, young lives have been saved, while millions more have been helped by the research and education available through CMN Hospitals,” said Mike Reagan, Senior Vice President, RE/MAX Business Alliances.
