Realogy Promotes Rich Green to Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales

MADISON, N.J. - 07-29-2013 - Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), a global leader in residential real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation, and title and settlement services, today announced the promotion of Rich Green to the role of executive vice president for worldwide sales. In this role, Green will lead both the domestic and global franchise sales teams supporting Realogy’s world-renowned residential real estate brands – Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®.

“Rich Green has produced highly successful results for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, and I am confident that his franchise sales leadership experience and depth of knowledge in the real estate business will be great assets in his new role overseeing worldwide sales across all of the brands within the Realogy Franchise Group,” said Alex Perriello, president and CEO, Realogy Franchise Group.

Green will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of Realogy’s franchise sales activity worldwide, and report directly to Perriello. He replaces Phil Hugh, who has resigned from the company.

Green is a 28-year real estate industry veteran, starting his career at the Company with a role at its mortgage joint venture, PHH Home Loans. For the past 13 years, Green has held various roles within the Realogy Franchise Group sales organization. Most recently, Green held the post of senior vice president for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, where he led the brand’s franchise sales growth efforts since Realogy licensed the brand in 2004.
