The exclusive list ranks the area’s largest women-owned businesses by number of local employees. CareersUSA earned the top spot, beating out over 100 other area companies, by employing approximately 4,620 employees in the Philadelphia area. Collectively the companies on the list employ more than 10,500 people, CareersUSA represents an astonishing 44% of that total employment.
