Wyndham Hotel Group Rebrands Hotel and Conference Center Near Headquarters
Property to Undergo $10 Million Renovation; Offers 27,000 Square Feet of Meeting Space Near NYC and Tri-State Area's Three International Airports
PARSIPPANY, NJ - (Marketwired - Aug 12, 2013) - Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest hotel company with approximately 7,410 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), has rebranded and taken on the day-to-day management of the Hamilton Park Hotel and Conference Center in Florham Park, N.J., converting the property to the upper-upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® brand.
Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel and Conference Center, owned by Hospitality Properties Trust, is scheduled to undergo a $10 million renovation project over the next three years to enhance public spaces, dining facilities and guest rooms.
The 219-room property is located just minutes from Wyndham Hotel Group's Parsippany, N.J.-based headquarters and directly across the street from The Green at Florham Park, a large master-planned development which houses corporate offices and the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center, the training complex for the New York Jets. The hotel is also near historic Morristown, N.J., approximately 30 miles from New York City and near the tri-state area's three international airports. It becomes the third property in the state to fly the Wyndham® flag, joining Wyndham Philadelphia-Mount Laurel and Wyndham Garden Newark Airport.

The property features over 27,000 square feet of IACC (International Association of Conference Centers)-approved meeting facilities, offering flexibility for a variety of events thanks to 40 multi-function meeting rooms ranging from the eight-person Roosevelt Room to the 4,680-square-foot Ambassador Ballroom that accommodates up to 300 guests. Spacious pre-function areas, complimentary high-speed internet access and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment are available for all events, along with dedicated meetings professionals, catering services and a 24-hour business center.
Additional hotel services and amenities include five on-site restaurants and bars, complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools and complimentary shuttle service to destinations within five miles of the property.
