Novus Glass Welcomes New Franchisees David & Dayne Norman to the Front Range Area of Colorado

August 16, 2013 // Franchising.com // NOVUS Glass, the inventor of windshield repair, is proud to welcome their newest franchisee, David and Dayne Norman of Firestone, CO. Originally from South Florida, David moved his family to Colorado to pursue a business opportunity. Through the years the Normans have become established members of their community. They feel rewarded for being able to service the people in their area and look forward to sharing their new NOVUS Glass business with them.

The entrepreneurship spirit flows through the Norman household. Long time owners of a local auto dealership, the Normans have acquired a significant amount of experience on how to operate a successful business. David shared this love of being a business owner with Dayne, and as Dayne grew older he assisted his father at their family dealership. But Dayne, quickly figured out that selling cars was not the career path he wanted to purse. David wanted Dayne to experience the excitement of owning a business he could be passionate about, so they started looking for new business opportunities.

Through his dealership contacts David learned about NOVUS Glass and the possibility of owning his own franchise. In order to know if the Auto Glass business was the right fit for Dayne, he spent some time training and learning the glass business. He enjoyed working with glass and the flexibility of having a completely mobile service. When the opportunity became available to purchase a NOVUS Glass franchise the Normans were confident that this was the business they wanted pursue. “Being the Owner/Operator of my own NOVUS franchise puts me in control of all aspects of the business,” shared Dayne, “So it is completely up to me to make sure the business succeeds.” Although Dayne feels comfortable about owning his own business, he appreciates that fact that he has NOVUS there to help and support him.
