Gray Plant Mooty adds Danell Olson Caron to Global Franchise Practice

August 20, 2013 // Franchising.com // MINNEAPOLIS - Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Danell Olson Caron has joined its 33-member Franchise & Distribution practice group, and will practice in the firm’s Minneapolis office. As a principal, Caron has nearly a decade of experience representing major franchisors across the country.

Caron has extensive franchise industry knowledge and experience, including structuring domestic franchise programs, negotiating product distribution and vendor programs, addressing and resolving system expansion and encroachment issues, forming franchisee advisory councils, structuring social media and online privacy policies, managing franchisee bankruptcy matters, and ensuring PMPA compliance. She also represents private equity investment companies as well as franchisors in franchise acquisitions.

Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, Caron practiced in the Minneapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels. She is the fifth experienced lawyer to join Gray Plant Mooty’s Franchise & Distribution practice group in the past 12 months, which reinforces the firm’s role as one of the world’s leading franchise law practices.
