GRILLiT® Nashville Location Officially Open for Business

MIAMI, August 20, 2013 // PRNewswire // - GRILLiT, Inc. (OTC: GRLT) ("GRILLiT" or the "Company") today announced that its first franchised store located in Nashville, Tennessee is now open for business. The new GRILLiT restaurant, located at 555 Church St, in Downtown Nashville, had a successful grand opening event on August 19, 2013.

Ghazi Hajj, GRILLiT Chairman and CEO, said, "The franchisees of our Nashville location have done a extraordinary job of executing our first franchise opening. Our corporate team will continue supporting their operations and marketing activities throughout the coming months."

The Company noted that it has begun equipment orders for its next franchise location in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, which is on track to open in late-September.
