Iain Macfarlane Repeats as Winner of Best Client Retention Award at 2013 Global Conference

Macfarlane keeps his clients happy and profitable so they stick with him year after year.

August 21, 2013 // Franchising.com // Las Vegas - ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching firm, once again awarded Iain Macfarlane of Madison, Wisconsin with the Best Client Retention Award at its Global Conference Awards ceremony, which took place on August 14 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin, Germany.

Macfarlane has earned this award each of the last three years because his clients stay with him on average for four years, nearly doubling the typical client retention rate for an ActionCOACH Business Coach.

ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the award to Macfarlane.

“This is getting to be a habit, and a very good one at that,” Sugars said. “Iain is a special coach and his clients know that and want to spend as much time learning from him as possible. Winning this award numerous times speaks to the quality of Iain, both as a Business Coach and as a person.”

As most business owners know, keeping existing clients is far cheaper than finding new clients, but, more importantly, it’s also a sign of a business that lives on customer satisfaction and is run properly, which makes client retention a major factor when it comes to a given business’ profitability.

“I love what I do and I think that comes through in my coaching. My focus is on delivering to my clients what they really need so I take the key elements that go into client retention very seriously. I’m thrilled to receive this award again and I want to thank everyone, including my clients, very much.”

ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 50 countries.
