Grand Opening Weekend for the Beef Jerky Outlet in Springfield, Missouri Starts Friday, September 6

August 27, 2013 // Franchising.com // Beef Jerky Outlet Franchise is excited to announce the Grand Opening of a new store in Springfield, Missouri on Friday, September 6. The new Springfield location is the second Beef Jerky Outlet Franchise store for owners Bob and Debbie Hathaway. The store is located at 228 West Sunshine Street in the Sunshine Corners shopping center. The Beef Jerky Outlet is a unique national franchise specializing in all kinds of high-quality beef jerky from original to blazing hot and specialty snack foods.

The Grand Opening celebration will commence with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Friday with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. The celebration will continue with a remote radio broadcast from the store parking lot from 4:00-6:00 p.m. put on by US 97, Springfield's classic rock station.

Grand Opening special attractions will include a prize drawing for a $100 gift certificate to Bass Pro Shops and a PETA (People Eating Tasty Animals) T-shirt give away every half-hour during the broadcast. Customers will also receive a free Beef Jerky Outlet logo can cooler with every purchase made during the Grand Opening. Free sampling is a regular feature of all Beef Jerky Outlet stores.

The Hathaways opened their first Beef Jerky Outlet store in the heart of the Branson, Missouri entertainment district last year. The Branson store was so successful that Bob and Debbie decided to take advantage of the Beef Jerky Outlet’s unique franchise opportunity and open a second store in Springfield.
